隐私政策
01我们收集哪些信息
我们坚持「最小必要」，只收集提供服务所必需的信息：
- 购买与授权信息：当你付费解锁时，我们会生成并保存订单号、支付方式（支付宝／微信）、金额、订单状态，以及一个用于绑定授权、防止一码多机的设备标识。
- 网站访问统计：仅记录一个匿名的访问总计数，不记录你的 IP、不追踪个人身份。
- 软件本地数据：你最近打开的文件列表、文件夹和语言偏好，只保存在你自己电脑的本地，我们无法看到。
02我们不会做的事
- 不读取、不收集、不上传你打开或编辑的文件内容；
- 不把你的文件送去任何 AI 模型或云端服务分析；
- 不收集你的通讯录、位置、浏览记录；
- 不为广告目的构建用户画像，不向任何第三方出售你的个人信息。
03支付信息如何处理
付款通过支付宝、微信支付及聚合支付服务商 Z-Pay 完成。你的银行卡号、支付账户密码等由这些持牌支付机构处理，Omia 与本网站不会接触、不会存储。我们只从支付回调中获得「订单是否已支付成功」的结果，用于发放授权码。
04我们使用的第三方服务
- Z-Pay / 支付宝 / 微信支付——处理付款；
- Supabase——存储订单与授权数据（数据库服务器位于境外）；
- Vercel——托管本网站（服务器位于境外）；
- esm.sh——仅当你用 Omia 预览 React 组件文件时，用于加载公共的开源依赖包，不涉及你的文件内容；
- 本站更新服务 / GitHub——软件检查是否有新版本时访问，仅传输版本号，不含个人信息。
05数据的存储与跨境
如上所述，订单与授权相关数据存储在 Supabase、Vercel 等位于中国境外的云服务上。依据《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》，我们在此明确告知你这一情况。除完成交易、发放和校验授权所必需外，我们不会将你的信息传输给其他境外接收方。你继续购买即表示知悉并同意上述必要的信息处理与存储方式。
06数据保留期限
订单与授权数据在你购买后予以保留，用于售后、授权校验及满足税务、财务等法律要求；超出上述目的所必需的期限后，我们将删除或匿名化处理。保存在你本机的本地数据，你可随时在软件内清除，或直接删除相应的本地缓存文件。
07你的权利
依据法律，你有权查询、更正、复制或删除你的个人信息，也可撤回同意、注销相关授权。如需行使上述权利，请通过下方联系方式与我们联系，并提供订单号以便核实。我们将在合理期限内响应。
08未成年人
本产品面向成年用户。我们不主动面向 14 周岁以下未成年人提供服务，也不会有意收集其个人信息。若监护人发现相关情况，可联系我们删除。
09政策更新
我们可能会不时更新本政策。重大变更将通过本页面公示并更新顶部的生效日期与版本号。继续使用即表示接受更新后的政策。

Privacy Policy
01What we collect
We follow the principle of data minimization and collect only what is necessary to provide the service:
- Purchase & license information: when you pay to unlock, we generate and store an order number, payment method (Alipay / WeChat Pay), amount, order status, and a device identifier used to bind the license and prevent one code from being shared across many machines.
- Website visit statistics: we record only an anonymous total visit count; we do not log your IP address or track your identity.
- Local software data: your recently opened file list, folders, and language preference are stored only on your own computer — we cannot see them.
02What we do not do
- We do not read, collect, or upload the contents of files you open or edit;
- We do not send your files to any AI model or cloud service for analysis;
- We do not collect your contacts, location, or browsing history;
- We do not build user profiles for advertising, and we never sell your personal information to any third party.
03How payment information is handled
Payments are completed through Alipay, WeChat Pay, and the aggregated payment provider Z-Pay. Your bank card number, payment account password, and similar details are handled by these licensed payment institutions — Omia and this website never access or store them. We only receive the result "whether the order was paid successfully" from the payment callback, in order to issue a license code.
04Third-party services we use
- Z-Pay / Alipay / WeChat Pay — to process payments;
- Supabase — to store order and license data (database servers located outside mainland China);
- Vercel — to host this website (servers located outside mainland China);
- esm.sh — only when you use Omia to preview a React component file, to load public open-source dependencies; this does not involve your file contents;
- This site's update service / GitHub — accessed when the software checks for a new version; only the version number is transmitted, with no personal information.
05Data storage and cross-border transfer
As described above, order and license data are stored on cloud services located outside mainland China, such as Supabase and Vercel. In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, we hereby expressly inform you of this. Except as necessary to complete the transaction and to issue and verify licenses, we do not transfer your information to any other overseas recipient. By continuing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the necessary processing and storage described above.
06Data retention
Order and license data are retained after your purchase for after-sales support, license verification, and to meet legal requirements such as tax and accounting obligations. After the period necessary for these purposes, we will delete or anonymize the data. Local data kept on your own computer can be cleared at any time within the software, or by deleting the corresponding local cache files.
07Your rights
Under applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, copy, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent or cancel a related license. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the details below and provide your order number for verification. We will respond within a reasonable time.
08Minors
This product is intended for adult users. We do not knowingly direct our services to, or collect personal information from, children under the age of 14. If a guardian discovers such a case, they may contact us to have it deleted.
09Policy updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date and version number. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
