01我们收集哪些信息
我们坚持「最小必要」，只收集提供服务所必需的信息：
- 购买与授权信息：当你付费解锁时，我们会生成并保存订单号、支付方式（支付宝；历史订单可能包含微信）、金额、订单状态，以及一个用于绑定授权、防止一码多机的设备标识。
- 网站访问统计：我们使用 Google Analytics 了解网站被访问的情况——访问了哪些页面、从哪个渠道来、大致的地区和设备类型。这些是关于「网站怎么被访问」的汇总数据，不包含你的姓名、邮箱等能直接联系到你的信息。
- 反馈与售后信息：当你主动使用反馈页面时，我们会保存你填写的名字或昵称、问题描述、Omia 版本、系统信息及你主动上传的截图，用于定位问题、回复和售后跟进。提交后，你的昵称、原始反馈和我们的回复可能经人工选择后展示在公开愿望清单中；截图和设备信息不会公开。请勿在截图中提交密码、密钥或其他敏感信息。
- 软件本地数据：你最近打开的文件列表、文件夹和语言偏好，只保存在你自己电脑的本地，我们无法看到。
- 使用情况统计：为了知道 Omia 哪里还不好用，我们会记录你怎么使用这个软件——打开的文件类型、打开方式、单次使用时长、有没有用到编辑或格式转换、有没有遇到打不开的情况，以及版本号、系统类型和一个在你本机随机生成、无法反查到你的编号。这些都是关于「软件被怎么用」，不是关于「你的文件是什么」。
02我们不会做的事
- 不读取、不收集、不上传你打开或编辑的文件内容；
- 不把你的文件送去任何 AI 模型或云端服务分析；
- 不收集你的通讯录、位置、浏览记录；
- 不向任何第三方出售你的个人信息。
03支付信息如何处理
付款通过支付宝及聚合支付服务商 Z-Pay 完成。你的银行卡号、支付账户密码等由这些持牌支付机构处理，Omia 与本网站不会接触、不会存储。我们只从支付回调中获得「订单是否已支付成功」的结果，用于发放授权码。
04我们使用的第三方服务
- Z-Pay / 支付宝——处理付款；
- Supabase——存储订单、授权及你主动提交的反馈与截图（服务器位于境外）；
- Vercel——托管本网站（服务器位于境外）；
- Google Analytics——统计网站访问情况（服务器位于境外）；
- esm.sh——仅当你用 Omia 预览 React 组件文件时，用于加载公共的开源依赖包，不涉及你的文件内容；
- 本站更新服务 / GitHub——软件检查是否有新版本时访问，仅传输版本号，不含个人信息。
05数据的存储与跨境
如上所述，订单与授权数据，以及你主动提交的名字或昵称、反馈文字、截图和设备信息，会存储在 Supabase、Vercel 等位于中国境外的云服务上。依据《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》，我们在此明确告知你这一情况。除完成交易、发放和校验授权、处理你主动发起的反馈所必需外，我们不会将你的信息传输给其他境外接收方。你继续购买或提交反馈，即表示知悉并同意对应的信息处理与存储方式。
06数据保留期限
订单与授权数据在你购买后予以保留，用于售后、授权校验及满足税务、财务等法律要求；反馈记录与截图保留至完成问题处理及合理的售后追踪期限。超出上述目的所必需的期限后，我们将删除或匿名化处理。保存在你本机的本地数据，你可随时在软件内清除，或直接删除相应的本地缓存文件。
07你的权利
依据法律，你有权查询、更正、复制或删除你的个人信息，也可撤回同意、注销相关授权。如需行使上述权利，请通过下方联系方式与我们联系，并提供订单号或反馈编号以便核实。我们将在合理期限内响应。
08政策更新
我们可能会不时更新本政策。重大变更将通过本页面公示并更新顶部的生效日期与版本号。继续使用即表示接受更新后的政策。

Privacy Policy
01What we collect
We follow the principle of data minimization and collect only what is necessary to provide the service:
- Purchase & license information: when you pay to unlock, we generate and store an order number, payment method (Alipay / WeChat Pay), amount, order status, and a device identifier used to bind the license and prevent one code from being shared across many machines.
- Website visit statistics: we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is visited — which pages are viewed, which channel visitors arrive from, and approximate region and device type. This is aggregated data about how the website is used, and does not include your name, email, or other details that identify you directly.
- Feedback and support information: when you choose to use the feedback page, we store the name or nickname, issue description, Omia version, system information, and screenshots you upload. If you choose to submit, your nickname, original feedback, and our reply may be published on the public wish list after manual review. Screenshots and device information are never published. Do not include passwords, keys, or other sensitive information in screenshots.
- Local software data: your recently opened file list, folders, and language preference are stored only on your own computer — we cannot see them.
- Usage statistics: to learn where Omia falls short, we record how you use the software — the type of file opened, how it was opened, how long the session lasted, whether editing or format conversion was used, and whether a file failed to open; plus the version, your operating system, and a randomly generated identifier created on your machine that cannot be traced back to you. All of this is about how the software is used, never about what your files are.
02What we do not do
- We do not read, collect, or upload the contents of files you open or edit;
- We do not send your files to any AI model or cloud service for analysis;
- We do not collect your contacts, location, or browsing history;
- We never sell your personal information to any third party.
03How payment information is handled
Payments are completed through Alipay, WeChat Pay, and the aggregated payment provider Z-Pay. Your bank card number, payment account password, and similar details are handled by these licensed payment institutions — Omia and this website never access or store them. We only receive the result "whether the order was paid successfully" from the payment callback, in order to issue a license code.
04Third-party services we use
- Z-Pay / Alipay / WeChat Pay — to process payments;
- Supabase — to store order and license data, and feedback and screenshots you choose to submit (servers located outside mainland China);
- Vercel — to host this website (servers located outside mainland China);
- Google Analytics — to measure website traffic (servers located outside mainland China);
- esm.sh — only when you use Omia to preview a React component file, to load public open-source dependencies; this does not involve your file contents;
- This site's update service / GitHub — accessed when the software checks for a new version; only the version number is transmitted, with no personal information.
05Data storage and cross-border transfer
As described above, order and license data, together with the name or nickname, feedback text, screenshots, and device information you choose to submit, are stored on cloud services located outside mainland China, such as Supabase and Vercel. In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, we expressly inform you of this. Except as necessary to complete a transaction, issue and verify a license, or handle feedback you initiate, we do not transfer your information to other overseas recipients. By continuing your purchase or submitting feedback, you acknowledge and agree to the corresponding processing and storage.
06Data retention
Order and license data are retained after your purchase for after-sales support, license verification, and legal requirements such as tax and accounting obligations. Feedback records and screenshots are retained until the issue is handled and for a reasonable support follow-up period. After the period necessary for these purposes, we will delete or anonymize the data. Local data kept on your computer can be cleared at any time within the software, or by deleting the corresponding local cache files.
07Your rights
Under applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, copy, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent or cancel a related license. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the details below and provide your order number or feedback ID for verification. We will respond within a reasonable time.
08Policy updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date and version number. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
