用户服务协议
01协议的接受与范围
本协议适用于 Omia 桌面软件及其官方网站 xiaoeromia.com 提供的相关服务。若你不同意本协议的任何内容，请停止下载与使用。你可能还需同时遵守我们的《隐私政策》与《退款政策》，它们是本协议不可分割的一部分。
02软件许可
在你遵守本协议的前提下，我们授予你一项个人的、非独占的、不可转让的许可，允许你在自有设备上安装和使用 Omia。付费「永久解锁」指在软件正常运营期间，对已购买的功能授权长期有效，授权绑定购买者本人使用，不得转售、出租、共享或批量分发。
03你的承诺
使用 Omia 时，你同意不从事以下行为：
- 对软件进行反编译、逆向工程、破解或试图绕过授权校验；
- 复制、二次分发软件，或倒卖、伪造授权码；
- 利用本软件处理侵犯他人权利或违反法律法规的内容；
- 以任何方式干扰软件的正常运行或损害其他用户的合法权益。
04授权码与激活
购买成功后，你将获得授权码用于解锁。授权码分为限时体验码与永久码等类型，具体以购买时页面说明为准。为防止滥用，授权可能会与设备标识绑定。请妥善保管你的授权码，因你自身原因泄露、丢失导致的损失由你自行承担。
05知识产权
Omia 软件、名称、标识、文案、界面设计及相关素材的知识产权，均归运营方重庆小耳大野文化传播有限公司所有，受法律保护。本协议未明确授予的权利，均由运营方保留。你使用软件产出的文件内容归你自己所有，我们不主张任何权利。
06免责声明与责任限制
Omia 是一款文件阅览与轻量处理工具，按「现状」与「现有」基础提供。你理解并同意：
- 它不替代 Microsoft Office、WPS 等专业办公软件，与上述软件的开发者无任何关联，也不复制其完整功能；
- 其编辑能力面向简单文字修改，不保证保留或还原复杂排版、公式、宏、动画等；
- 格式转换为「尽力而为」，不保证与原文件百分之百一致；
- 音视频等播放能力依赖你系统所安装的解码支持。
在法律允许的最大范围内，对于因使用或无法使用本软件而导致的任何间接、偶然或后果性损失（包括数据丢失、业务中断等），运营方不承担赔偿责任。请对重要文件自行做好备份。
07服务的变更与中止
我们可能会更新、改进软件功能，或因维护、不可抗力等原因暂停部分服务。对于重大变更，我们将尽力通过官网或软件内提前告知。
08费用与退款
软件的收费标准以官网展示为准。退款相关规则详见《退款政策》。
09协议的更新
我们可能不时修订本协议，修订后将在本页面公示并更新生效日期。若你不同意修订内容，应停止使用；继续使用视为接受。
10适用法律与争议解决
本协议的订立、效力、解释及争议解决，均适用中华人民共和国大陆地区法律。因本协议产生的争议，双方应友好协商；协商不成的，可依法向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

01Acceptance and scope
This Agreement applies to the Omia desktop software and the related services provided through its official website xiaoeromia.com. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please stop downloading and using it. You may also need to comply with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which form an integral part of this Agreement.
02Software license
Provided that you comply with this Agreement, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Omia on your own devices. The paid "permanent unlock" means that, during the normal operation of the software, the license for the purchased features remains valid long-term; the license is bound to the purchaser for personal use and may not be resold, rented, shared, or distributed in bulk.
03Your commitments
When using Omia, you agree not to:
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, crack, or attempt to bypass the license verification of the software;
- Copy or redistribute the software, or resell or forge license codes;
- Use the software to handle content that infringes the rights of others or violates laws and regulations;
- Interfere in any way with the normal operation of the software or harm the legitimate rights of other users.
04License codes and activation
After a successful purchase, you will receive a license code to unlock the software. License codes come in types such as time-limited trial codes and permanent codes; the specifics are subject to the description shown at the time of purchase. To prevent abuse, a license may be bound to a device identifier. Please keep your license code safe; losses caused by your own disclosure or loss of the code are your responsibility.
05Intellectual property
The intellectual property rights in the Omia software, name, logo, copy, interface design, and related materials belong to the operator, Chongqing Xiao'er Daye Culture Communication Co., Ltd., and are protected by law. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by the operator. The content of files you produce using the software belongs to you, and we claim no rights over it.
06Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Omia is a file viewing and lightweight editing tool, provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You understand and agree that:
- It does not replace professional office software such as Microsoft Office or WPS, has no affiliation with the developers of those products, and does not replicate their full functionality;
- Its editing capability is aimed at simple text changes and does not guarantee preserving or restoring complex layouts, formulas, macros, animations, etc.;
- Format conversion is provided on a "best-effort" basis and is not guaranteed to be 100% identical to the original file;
- Audio and video playback depends on the decoding support installed on your system.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including data loss, business interruption, etc.) arising from your use of or inability to use the software. Please back up important files yourself.
07Changes and suspension of service
We may update and improve the software's features, or suspend part of the service for maintenance, force majeure, or other reasons. For material changes, we will make our best effort to notify you in advance via the official website or within the software.
08Fees and refunds
Pricing is subject to what is displayed on the official website. Refund rules are detailed in the Refund Policy.
09Updates to this Agreement
We may revise this Agreement from time to time; revisions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. If you do not agree to the revisions, you should stop using the software; continued use constitutes acceptance.
10Governing law and dispute resolution
The formation, validity, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement are governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before a people's court with jurisdiction.
