01先试用，再购买
Omia 提供免费下载与体验。你可以在购买前充分测试它是否满足你的需求（能否打开你的文件、转换与编辑是否符合预期等）。我们鼓励你在确认合适后再付费解锁。
02数字商品的退款原则
授权码一经发放并成功激活，即视为数字商品已交付。根据数字商品的性质，已激活的授权原则上不支持退款。这也是为避免「解锁使用后再退款」的滥用，保护正常付费用户的权益。
03这些情况我们支持退款 ✓
- 付款后授权码未激活，且在购买后 7 日内提出申请；
- 因软件自身缺陷导致无法正常使用，经我们协助仍无法解决，且此前未正常使用该授权；
- 因系统原因发生的重复扣款，多扣部分全额退回。
04这些情况恕难退款
- 授权码已成功激活并正常使用；
- 仅因个人主观喜好改变、或未在购买前试用而提出的退款；
- 因违反《用户服务协议》被中止授权的情形。
05如何申请退款
请通过下方邮箱联系我们，并提供：订单号、支付方式、购买时间，以及简要的退款原因。我们会在收到申请后尽快核实处理，退款将原路退回你的支付账户，到账时间以支付渠道为准（通常为 1–7 个工作日）。

01Try before you buy
Omia offers a free download and trial. Before purchasing, you can fully test whether it meets your needs (whether it can open your files, and whether conversion and editing meet your expectations). We encourage you to pay to unlock only after confirming it suits you.
02Refund principle for digital goods
Once a license code has been issued and successfully activated, the digital goods are deemed delivered. Given the nature of digital goods, an activated license is, in principle, non-refundable. This also prevents "unlock, use, then refund" abuse and protects the interests of paying users.
03When we do support refunds ✓
- The license code has not been activated after payment, and the request is made within 7 days of purchase;
- The software cannot be used normally due to a defect in the software itself, the issue cannot be resolved with our assistance, and the license had not been used normally before;
- Duplicate charges caused by system errors — the overcharged portion is refunded in full.
04When refunds are not available
- The license code has been successfully activated and used normally;
- Requests based solely on a change of personal preference, or made without trying before purchase;
- Cases where the license was suspended for violating the Terms of Service.
05How to request a refund
Please contact us via the email below and provide: your order number, payment method, purchase time, and a brief reason for the refund. We will verify and process the request as soon as possible after receiving it. Refunds are returned via the original payment channel; the arrival time depends on the payment provider (typically 1–7 business days).
